Bracket is a self-tracking and matchmaking tool. Ratings, lesson tips, and serve-analysis output are informational only — they are not coaching, medical, or sports-science advice. Consult a qualified coach for individual training plans.
Bracket is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
If you add a court, submit an open/closed/busy report, or upload a court photo, you grant Lumenly a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that contribution in the app and in maps shown to other Court users. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content of identifiable people without their consent, or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We may remove any contribution at our discretion.
Bracket is for arranging genuine play. Do not use the ladder to harass, spam, or solicit other players. Lumenly may permanently ban any opaque user id we believe is misusing the ladder, at our discretion.
Bracket offers a monthly subscription (Bracket Pro Monthly) and a one-time lifetime purchase (Bracket Pro Lifetime) sold through Apple's StoreKit. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bracket Pro Monthly automatically renews each month at US$9.99 (or local equivalent) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage and cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Bracket Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase and does not renew.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the app's in-app purchase system. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is". Court availability data is sourced from public OpenStreetMap data and community reports — it may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify a court's status before travelling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Lumenly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute.
